Guidelines
The responsibility for the management and periodic updates to the Reinsurance Treaty Reference Document was transferred from the CRC to the CLHIA Committee on Reinsurance in December 2005. More recently, this Committee, having duly considered all options, has decided to not periodically update this Reference Document. Accordingly, it has been removed from the public section of the CLHIA website (but it will still be accessible to CLHIA members on the private section of the website).
