How do I register for the 2023 CRC Conference?

Registration has closed for the 2023 CRC Conference.  

List of Attendees - Access Via the APP

Any registered attendee can gain access to other attendees via the conference APP. Each registered attendee will be sent access to the APP PheedloopGo two weeks before the event. Simply download, use your login credentials to log in and you will be able to search and view other attendees.

How much does the conference cost?*

  • Exclusive Rate: $349.00 +HST (Deadline: March 6, 2023)
  • Early Bird Rate: $375.00 +HST (Deadline: March 14, 2023)
  • Regular Rate: $425.00 +HST (Deadline: March 27, 2023)

Can I register multiple attendees as a group registration?

The online registration form is for individual registrations only. Contact us if a group registration is required.

How can I update my payment method from a cheque to a credit card?

Send us an email and we will forward you the payment link to pay with a credit card.

What time does the conference start?

Registration starts at 7:30am.

What is included in the cost of my registration?

Your registration provides you access to all Guest Speaker sessions, three breakout sessions of your choice, lunch, networking opportunities and a closing cocktail reception.

Who attends?

Individuals who work in the following capacities: Actuarial, Underwriting, Administration, Marketing, Claims and Treaties, as well as, from all levels of the organization from clerical personnel to the CEO.

What is the dress code?

Business Casual

Is food included with my registration?

A lunch will be offered in addition to two coffee breaks throughout the day. The Cocktail Reception includes a drink ticket and light snacks.

Can I register at the event?

No, all registrations must be submitted in advance by the deadline of March 27, 2023.

After completing the registration, will I receive an email confirmation?

Yes, an email confirmation with your invoice will be sent automatically once your registration is processed. Please check your email spam folder.

How do I change my breakout sessions?

Contact us at crc@cmgmarketing.com to request an update to your breakout sessions. Please note the sessions have a capacity limit, and they will be filled on a first come first serve basis. We cannot guarantee we can update your schedule.

Can I get access to the CRC presentations after the event?

All presentations are internal and exclusive on the conference date, to those who attend the in-person event.

How do I download the app?

Search and download “Pheedloop Go!” from your app store. Check your emails for an email from “no-reply@pheedloop.com” for your username and password.  Watch for a follow-up email with these details.

Where can I find information about the event schedule?

Click here to visit our website with the full event schedule, breakout sessions, speakers and our list of sponsors. Download the event app to view your custom schedule that you selected during registration.  

Where do I view my event day schedule?

On the Event App.  Search and download “Pheedloop Go!” from your app store. Log in with your login credentials and click on Schedule to look at the sessions you are attending.  Please note we will be paperless at the 2023 CRC and booklets/agendas will not be provided in paper form.

How do I update my Networking profile on the app?

  • Click on the Menu button at the top left corner of your event app.
  • Click into your name and add a profile picture, bio, and the URL to your LinkedIn profile
  • Click on Attendee on the homepage to connect with other registered attendees

Do you have a Cancellation Policy?

All 2023 Canadian Reinsurance Conference registrations are non-refundable. Where there are other extenuating circumstances, a refund will be issued with a $50 administrative fee deducted. Alternatively, substitutions of a business colleague/co-worker will be accepted and encouraged until March 31, 2023 at 5:00pm EST. The original registrant must submit the replacement's name and contact information in writing to crc@cmgmarketing.com.
