| A. | The conference is in the South Building. Specifically the 700 level at the MTCC. |
| Q. | Who attends? |
| A. | Individuals who work in the following capacities: Actuarial, Underwriting, Administration, Marketing, Claims and Treaties, as well as, from all levels of the organization from clerical personnel to the CEO. |
| Q. | What is the dress code? |
| A. | Business attire. |
| Q. | Does it matter which hotel we stay at? |
| A. | The CRC has recommended several hotels that are within walking distance of the MTCC. You can select your hotel of choice based on your own preferences. |
| Q. | Is it possible to have an invoice issued? |
| A. | No, we cannot issue an invoice but if requested we can provide a receipt. |
| Q. | Do you offer any sponsorship opportunities? |
| A. | The CRC has new sponsorship opportunities for 2012. Industry-related companies can sponsor several of the day's events. If you would like additional information, please contact the CRC Program Headquarters at 1-866-272-2519. |
| Q. | Do you have a Cancellation Policy? |
| A. | Cancellation Policy If a registrant is unable to attend the 2012 CRC event on April 18, 2012 for any reason and notifies the organizers by March 16th, they may substitute someone else from the same institute/organization. To qualify, they are required to provide notification to the Conference Manager by phone or email by March 16th, 2012. Where the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her place to another person, then the following refund arrangements apply:
