Conference Fees for 2012:
Fees cover all sessions and services on the day of the conference.
Before and on March 16, 2012 - $375.00
After March 16, 2012 - $425.00

Late Fees:
Registration forms (fax or submitted online) and fees not received by March 16, 2012 are subject to later fee as noted above.
